Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date your order is received, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
  • The item is free from damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or worn footwear.
  • Items damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned without their original packaging.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective or required by law).

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos showing the issue.
  • A brief description of the problem.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Size exchanges may be accommodated subject to product availability. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs for voluntary size exchanges unless otherwise stated.

  • A manufacturing defect.
